u-recruit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You understand that u-recruit does not guarantee that the Service will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. 
As a result, you agree that u-recruit shall not be liable for any claims, damages or loss of profit which may be suffered by you or any other entity in any respect for direct, indirect, consequential, actual, or punitive damages arising out of or in relation to the Services provided herein, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, non-deliveries, Service interruptions or unlawful access of the system and security violations.

5. CHANGES IN TERMS OF AGREEMENT
u-recruit reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions herewith at any time, advising of the changes and the effective date thereof by publishing it to the appropriate web site.
