u-recruit Pro employs a "per concurrent user" licensing model
which means that only a maximum number of concurrent users equals to the number of licenses
purchased will have access to the Recruitment site at the same time. The number of user licenses
can be varied every month. The Enterprise edition of
u-recruit allows an UNLIMITED number of concurrent users to access the Recruitment site.
It is important to remember that the licensing model employed affects ONLY the Recruitment site
and has no bearing on the number of concurrent candidates accessing the public (Internet) or private
(corporate) job boards.
